Two blocks SE of Douglas & Washington in downtown Wichita. \nAIDA BELL \nAida Bell is an abstract figurative artist; Over the years\, she has developed exceptional sculpted work using her unique mixed media techniques. \nShe aims to depict beauty through a combination of color\, texture and shapes with always a touch of silver or gold\, it adds “Ce je ne sais quoi” as she likes to say. \nSee more of Aida’s work online at aidabellart.com\, and on Instagram: @aidabellart \nKELLY RUNDELL \nMy art is all about me having fun. I’m naturally drawn to straight lines\, strong colors and very defined shapes. Within the confines of those shapes\, I enjoy playing with paint. I challenge myself to figure out ways to make paint do different things. Recently\, I’ve been exploring how to build texture with acrylic paint. \nThe answers to the most frequently asked questions about my art are: \n\nI never have a plan. I just start painting. I don’t limit my imagination and just let the piece evolve.\nI don’t use a ruler or measure things.\nI very rarely use a paint brush. I mostly paint with my fingers.
